Our Village was established in 1969 and has been resident owned since 1988.
Located in Central Florida, Lake Region is within two hours of both east and west coast beaches, as well as being close enough to area attractions for a day trip without all the traffic of a large metropolitan area.
The Board of Directors manages the day to day operations of the Village and is supported by an Office and Maintenance Staff.
The Clubhouse is the heart of the Village and the Social Club Directors are responsible for the scheduling of all the activities that take place in the Clubhouse.
There are numerous clubs and activities within the Village.
The Social Club hosts many entertainers, singers, bands and acts for our enjoyment.
The pool is a great place to meet your neighbors, exercise, or just relax in the warm Florida sun. The horseshoes and shuffleboard courts see plenty of action with games and practice for the tournaments.
When you have the need to venture out of the Village the chairperson for out of park activities always provides entertaining and interesting trips for the residents.
State nights give neighbors the chance to meet new residents and discuss those cold winters up North!
Lake Region is a wonderful place to live year round or part time. Residents come from all across the country, Canada and Europe which makes us a very diverse community. You can be as active as you like, or just sit back and watch nature in all its glory! Fishing, Boating, Golfing, Tennis near by.
We live in the heart of Florida and we are the Village with a Big Heart! ♥
