Lake Region Village is a 55+ Resident owned park. There are only two residents allowed per unit. We are also a No Pet park. We have 607 homes in the park of which 531 homes are share homes and 76 homes are non-share homes. At the present time the shares are valued at $30,000.00. The monthly assessment for the share homes range from $87.40 to $111.55 depending on location. The non-share homes monthly assessment range from $299.00 to $345.00 depending on location. All prices shown below do not include the share price.
